A set menu for two, with Peter Hannan’s salt-aged Delmonico rib-eye as the main course. The ingredients are presented to you prepared and cold. The steak is raw and ready to cook with our detailed instructions. There is a little cooking and assembling involved but we aim to limit the work (and cleaning up) that you have to do!
